I found out what it was now!! Goddamnit after all these months!! Press and hold your ps4 button until the fast menu pops up. Then see if the chat sound for the game is not deactivated.

Go to your audio settings in Warzone game and make sure your mic is set at 0, or just put it back to default settings.

Hey guys, I had a problem with people not being able to hear me on the mic. Went into the ps4 settings and made sure the mic was getting the sound from my voice and it was. So, I went to the audio in the Warzone game on ps4, and reset default with L2 button. My mic works now! Maybe this’ll do you wonders, too. Who knows.

I'm on PS4 and under the Microphone Activation Mode : Open Mic. It's locked. I tried to tweek all I could and it does not open. On PS4 main menu settings it does not even pic up my voice to test. Can it be the ps4 comtroller that is not working for voice/picking up voice??

Heres a theory... what if they have gamesound coming through there tv and party chat in the head phones... The hot mic would be coming through the tv with the game sound? Would make sense if there using the ear piece headset.
