I am using windows 11 and i dont seem to have a search bar :/..only one i have is in the centre of the screen and its for bing searches...where the hell is the computer search bar on windows 11??

all you gotta do is click the windows button on ur laptop/pc, or on the taskbar and type on that search bar. (i think this is what you did, and that search bar can be used for bing searches as well as computer searches)
