How to Fix - Please Insert Update USB Screen - Uconnect Jeep grand Cherokee

How to fix white screen on head unit. White state "Please insert Update USB"
First go to the Uconnect website. Enter your Vin number to get any files for your specific Uconnect system. This should work for most Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge Vehicles. As long as the head unit is not burned or completed broken.
Step one get a 16-32gb USB drive
Format the USB drive as it is on the Video. ( this will delete everything on it)
After its formated
copy over your uconnect update file. Make sure its the unzipped file NOT the zip file. (instructions how it did on video)
then once that is done insert it in to your car usb port and it should work. Check the video out how i did it.
