Thanks, man! Even though my problem on Skoda Fabia wasn't the moving nozzle, but rather the fact that wiper blade didn't move at all, your video helped tremendously. Disassembled everything, found insane amounts of mud-like substance inside the gears, cleaned it up and now it works like a charm!

Thanks for the video & solution. I just implemented it and it works ok after second try; First time I did the welding of the new pipe (lollypop stick) too up-> where the exterior pipe is narrow and it touched the welding zone and rotated my pipe; then I noticed in your video that you do the welding as close as possible to the bottom , where the exterior pipe is larger and it allows the welding zone to move freely, without contact; now it works. Thanks

I only used the white straw section to do mine. I used drinking straw which happened to be the exact diameter of the barrell. I pushed it in as far as I could, cut it off flush at the bottom then jammed the black piece in (had to trim a bit off the straw as I couldn't push the black piece in any further). No leaks and great pressure. It won't work loose since the back plate pushes the black piece in as well. My jet, the part where the water comes out from and sprays onto the window had gone all crusty, ended up breaking it when taking it out. If anyone has this problem, a replacement can be found on ebay. Search for "Window Washer Jet Rear" on ebay. You simply pull the old one out with pliers and push the new one in. No need to open anything up. Excellent video, thanks!

Hi! Very good video. "Common problem when sprinkler's rotating with wiper's arm." I thought its's very good when sprinkler rotating with wiper's arm. I have a Polo 9N 2008 and i have the same problem but the broken tube is not plastic, Copper. In 4:40 there were any shoulder/edge in the end of the bigger metal tube?

Ja naprawiłem tą rurkę troszeczkę inaczej,a mianowicie kupiłem antenkę teleskopową za 6zł,rozłożyłem ją na części,dobrałem taką która wchodzi do wewnątrz połamanej.Oczyściłem wszystko dokładnie tak aby był czysty mosiądż i polutowałem pastą cynową taką do lutowania instalacji miedzianych.Potem wystarczy papierem ściernym oszlifować końcówkę dyszy tak aby weszła w tą nową rurkę i wygląda jak oryginał.Dodam że reperaturka kosztuje około 180zł.Pozdrawiam
