thanks , it fixed my problem. i could not see some apps i bought, called bmw and they told me to wait, i updated the apps but nothing then i tried the reset for 70 sec and it worked, now i have my apps and they work.

I tried many times clicking Options in Installed Apps, then Go back and repeted steps but still "Update apps and Servies" disable. The reason why I wanted to do is because I received Emergency Mal Function and for that to fix is the Antena as per BMW dealer which would cost 3000K. :( Also my Navigation is lost so trying to update the service badly, Is there any other way to update the software please?

Hey I work for BMW ConnectedDrive, you can let go after the screen goes black. Holding for 70 seconds doesn't do anything as far as I know. How did you arrive at 70 seconds?

at 70 seconds, the SIM card module reboots. I work for ConnectedDrive too haha. He probably got these troubleshooting steps from the Canada CD support

Don, if you are still there: I had already two TSARA cases for "provisioning error on the backend" which resulted in no turn-by-turn voice for directions. On the last TSARA at the dealer, it was fixed and also by surprise, a bunch of new features to the display for ECOdrive mode. Then, with no warning or messages, both of the above disappeared. I'm an electrical engineer, blah-blah with access to NewTIS, but can find absolutely nothing on this issue. Thanks in advance.

I have been viewing your video, the only question I have is: when you mentioned delete your My BMW App .... you- failed to show this step my step.. Hence I not sure app should be deleted on my BMW or on my Mobile phone.
