Yea i've tried this stretch but it doesn't pop the lumbar area.....I guess it needs more weight in order to do that ...hard to do at home for that area.....I did a make shift setup with a roller secure to an end of a daybed. Will decompression be affected by forward as well as backward...that way gravity might work for me.

That first stretch immediately relieved this pain i’ve been having on my bottom right side ribs (upper right quadrant area). This pain radiates from my back to the front and Ive been PANICKING for almost 3 months now thinking it was something internal. Ive had such bad anxiety to the point that I’ve been to the ER multiple times for it. I looked back on when I used to drink and immediately thought it was my organs like my liver, gallbladder, stomach, pancreas, ect... After multiple tests, CT scans, X-Rays, ultrasounds, and even an endoscopy... Nothing popped up, but the pain persisted. That first stretch did WONDERS and now I’m convinced it’s from inactivity and poor posture. THANK YOU SOO MUCH FOR THIS 🙏💯

Hello. I’m trying to figure out the cause of my rib pain. I have very sharp pain on back of my ribs (rear lower ribs) on both sides. If I twist my body at all or try to bend down, it is extremely painful. Yesterday I went to the gym and used the stair stepper for a half an hour. I did lean over a bit while climbing the stair and I was going at a very fast pace. I then worked out my biceps by doing dumbbell curls. Do you think this may have caused this pain? This pain came on suddenly and I first noticed it around an hour and a half after leaving the gym. Also, a few days ago, I had a chiropractor twist my body and crack my back while I was face up. I visited him to deal with some low back that I’ve had for a while. Keep in mind that I’ve been doing the same gym exercises for years and never had this pain. I’ve seen the chiropractor once a week for the past three weeks and he is the only thing different in my everyday living. Do you think my rib pain is more likely from the gym or possibly from my back adjustment at the chiropractor? Or possible they are both related? Finally, will these exercises work for rear rib pain as well? Thank you!

Hey there! I'm so unsure if it's the right solution for my problem - my friend hugged me a few days ago quite grip and kind of tried to lift me up at the same time - he's much taller and stronger, and I heard a little crack somewhere at those ribs/nerves and it has been hell since then. The pain is around those locations that you describe - could it be that he pinched in a nerve/rib? These exercises help a tiny bit, but it's still strongly there - and I have work tomorrow in a care center for disabled people so I'll have to lift and push a lot with painful movements - is there anything else I can do to make it less until then?
