I have everything enabled like you said , I never disabled anything in the first place.... after the 14.2 update I’m not receiving any notifications from Snapchat. I’ve tried reinstalling and checking the settings in the phone and as well as in the app but still not getting anything .... please help !

This works but another way is to delete the app and then re-download it and when you open the app it’ll ask you to allow notifications, microphone, location, etc.
