Another way to fix crashing is not to use mods so much or maybe not use so many at a time

The problem is is that its the Vanilla Volvo 2009 FH16 and The Volvo 2012 FH

The only advice i can give is to remove your mods one at a time, starting with any that may affect trucks, until it stops crashing. If you aren't using mods, I'd be forced to assume you're using a pirated version of the game, as i've never experienced a no mods crash in over 10,000 combined hours of ATS and ETS 2

Is it freezing when you click on the garage screen, or when you try to load into the world?

@Whitetail it freezes up after I to to the garage (garage manager), which shows all the trucks within that garage, the screen shows the garage, with the trucks in it, and a large image of the truck currently being used. I then click on the truck i wish to drive and the screen locks up. Doesn't do anything. Frozen.

@@johnlemasters672 OK so if you had a nodded truck in that garage, and then removed the mod, the game would crash when it tries to load the preview of the missing modded truck. If you never had a modded truck in the first place, then I have no idea.

My game crashes on euro truck simulator 2 when I try to do a world of trucks job I don't think it's the game I think it's the steam website it's complete trash they can update the site as much as they want but it won't prevent the games from crashing spent $100 bucks on steam games whish I had gotten them on a physical pc disc instead

I honestly have no clue, I haven't done much testing on 1.38 yet. You'll probably just have to be patient and wait until scs fixes the problem. It is a beta after all.

The errors in your log suggest the game is crashing because of a truck mod that uses a steering wheel from the steering creations pack, but that shouldn't affect the trailer dealer. My best guess would be that all the trailer mods you have are out of date; if that is the case, you may just have to wait till the mods are updated.

Xenon Blast You know when I go and customize a truck the steering wheel section has a bunch but only allows me to pick from like 2 and the rest either don’t load or don’t show up... so I’ll either go back and add the wheel pack to have those there vs there but not applicable and see what happens.. the only other mod that I’m thinking could be an issue is the 379X truck mod since I’m not yet to the level I have that and the everything unlocked mod

@@TheGearJamminDeer you can see main menu option in game after u press Esc button you can see map settings graphics and other controls and in right side there is our game profile company name and logo and other details with truck dealer options are shown but that right side is empty in my game

@@theunknownyoutuber589 did you just start the game? I know in the past, if you saved and quit during your first load it would go into a sort of tutorial mode and remove some options from the menu. I believe running another load would fix it. If that isn't the problem, i would suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the game as your installation might have gotten corrupted somehow.

that means you have another program taking focus away from the game you're playing. antivirus software will sometimes do that as well as apple itunes. there's not really any way I know of to fix it other than uninstalling the offensive program.

That means you're missing some textures, either you downloaded an incomplete mod, or you have another mod that conflicts with the one in question.

it's just built into the game, if the game detects a modded dealer file, it adds it to the mod dealer. you can only access it if you have a working truck mod active

It's likely using a chrome material that isn't supported by dx11. Try using a stock material and see if that makes a difference.
