How to fix speedo in 1994 or 1995 impala

After you take it all apart, follow these instructions, I had the speedo in the car while doing it, please comment if you have any questions, thanks!

This a fix and will only work if the problem is constantly there. Did you try the dimming/undimming switch?

i have a 95 caprice with same cluster and i find its just kinda fading on the outer parts like when u have your signal flasher i can hardly see it so would this work ?

The miles light stopped wrking in my 94 but the rest come on... are the miles still being recorded so when I get it fixed it'll be right n is it fixable
