How to Fix "STOPPED WORKING" Error When Opening PowerPoint

it popped up a window tell me that it "Couldn't install" what should i do? my office is now uninstalled and when i try to reinstall it always says couldnt install or something went wrong:(

When I click change it shows allow this app to make changes to device instead of repair option... Then what should I do??
