It is important you make sure that you have followed the tiktok community guidelines before you appeal to tiktok regarding your banned account. This tutorial show you step by step how you can resuspend your tiktok account inside the iphone or android app. This works on PC as well. I do reccomend to watch the video to the end before you implemt the steps described.

You are not able to access the menu when taping the three stripes? Make sure you have the latest version of the app. You can check that by : 1. Going to AppStore on IPhone or Google play on android. 2. search for tiktok. 3. if it says «update» beside the app, you need to update the app. Hope this helps!
