How to fix the ignition system on Kawasaki Ninja.

To generate a spark, the ignition coil has to receive power and ground. The power comes from the ignition switch and the ground comes from the igniter. Also, the igniter has to receive power (12 volts) to work properly. The problem here was low voltage to the igniter.
