How to fix - This Version of macOS Cannot Be Installed On This Computer

I downloaded the dmg image, but when I run it, I get a volume mounted on the desktop. Double clicking this gives the installer app. How do I get the pkg?

Just add the line “return true;” as the first line in the function. That will bypass the board-id check altogether.

Much easier would be to just change the function isSupportedPlatform to always return true. Just insert "return true;" as the very first line after the "{".

Yes, that would definitely be the easiest way. Saves having to find your own board id and allows the installer to execute on any Mac.

I'm sorry but I'm not familiar with Ryzentosh EFI setup because I've always used Intel CPU's in my builds. You'd probably find some help from the forums over at amd-osx.com.
