Weighted balls off the mound??? That is scary

though this is a year ago, you don't try to throw the weighted balls as hard as you can or try to put some crazy velo on it. It's almost like throwing it like a pitch that you're trying to just get to the catcher, not fast just getting the ball there. Once you're used to the weight you can start throwing it hard then move up to a heavier ball repeating the process until you're satisfied or the weight is dangerous to be throwing with.
