Network related issue lag raha hai, restart phone than change wifi network and check, check with mobile network in good reception and check the call.

Sir I observed one more thing, even if he battery is on LOW POWER MODE, the BACKGROUND APP REFRESH option is disabled by itself, eventually leading to now showing the contact name

yes there are no option of last seen and chat after new update, truecaller may release a fix soon. You can also raise a query at their customer care email.

if you have done all the steps in this video, than as of now there are no solution if this bug. You can email truecaller support as much email they get they will rectify the issue. However I have noticed when i am on wifi or having good mobile network i get details of new callers if they are registered on truecaller. Will update in new video if some other solution found.

I followed all steps. It works sometimes in between, sometimes it doesn’t. When I search for that number again in Truecaller i find the caller ID. Please suggest what should I do to solve this problem.

If you have done all the steps nothing more be can done now. Update the app to latest one. Most of time it works for unknown numbers but it doesn't work as like in android.

Yeah ios has issue with True caller, some time if you are using jio sim data it is not working but airtel data it is working when call came data is interrupted. Some numbers which are not having True caller id also not shown in iphone. You can test again by reinstalling app, use wifi and check by calling with some number that is on truecaller.
