Are you getting the frustrating VAL 43 error in Valorant? Don't worry! In this quick and easy tutorial, I'll guide you through 5 simple steps to fix this error and get you back into the game. Follow along, and you'll be playing in no time!
Steps:
Close Riot Client or Valorant Game File from Task Manager:
Open Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc), find Riot Client or Valorant, right-click, and select End Task.
Delete Riot Client Settings:
Press Win + R, type %appdata%, and press Enter.
Navigate to Local .. Riot Games .. Riot Client .. Config and delete riotclientsettings.yaml.
Clear Valorant Crash Reports and Logs:
Press Win + R, type %appdata%, and press Enter.
Go to Local .. Valorant .. CrashReport & Logs and delete all files.
Set VGC Service to Automatic:
Press Win + R, type services.msc, and press Enter.
Find vgc, right-click, select Properties, and set Startup type to Automatic.
Run Network Reset Commands in Command Prompt:
Open Command Prompt as an administrator (search for cmd, right-click, Run as administrator).
Type netsh winsock reset and press Enter.
Type ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter.
Finally, restart your PC to apply the changes.
