Holy Moly!! This worked!!! we spent 4 hours with amazon "customer service" and could never get the problem fixed. I have been locked out of my audible account for a week, cause I was sick and just did not have the energy to talk to Amazon again. from the bottom of my heart thank you. I like that you take your time to share the info but you must not be using an I phone as all these go to's are not where you say they are. I figured it out anyway after awhile just needed a guide. Probably be good if you said what phone type you are using as it would make things a bit easier to follow. I will see now if this works or not. Thank you

Hello Trevor. I had an iphone, then switched to the Android Raze for about 6 months. Came back to the Iphone 16 Pro max now. Very Happy. Same phone number, same service provider. The issue is when trying to sign into my Gmail app, my KZbin Pro app, and my KZbin Music app. (All Google) from my Iphone. I enter my gmail, but then after that it asks for a TWO-STEP verification and sends the code to my Old Razr cell. That phone is inactive. Even though it is the same number, why is it saying to "Check your Razr Phone for the Code"? It can't identify that I am using the Iphone? Why wouldn't the text go to my Iphone same number? Thank you!!!!! I do get all other text messages to my Iphone, no problem. I did try your steps, but none worked.

If you still have this issue call your service provider to resend all the services on your phone line to the network. AT&T just did that for me and my work now!!!!

Most problematic is cant access Nintendo so I'm about to lose 1000s of pokemon. Some rare.
