Hi. Thanks for sharing. All of mine look fine on laptop, tablet and mobile, yet still getting "Video outside viewport" for every single one. Must be some issue with either search console or KZbin. I wish there was some easy fix to this. It's very frustrating.

NO despite some people saying it is related to Search Console (most people without web development qualifications will say such things). The fact is, if the video is outside the viewport, then, it is outside the viewport. But you say you've tested it on laptop mobile and other devices, if this is the case, then, Search Console will also update its reports. If you are talking abouts related to KZbin embeds, I think the embeds have thumbnails in the which may be causing an issue with video outside the viewport. If this is the case, yes, you are right, the problem could be with Search Console reports itself.

I am having the same problem with a lot of my blog entries that Google has recently decided have videos "outside the viewport." It is indeed "very frustrating." I suppose a quick fix is to remove the videos.

Hi thank you for the video. I've got this same issue in my website. but the video is within the viewport when checked in mobile desktop and all. Also i've got this new issue saying 'video is too tall' but actually the video is within the size range google recommends. Please advice me on this, i've been stuck with this problem for few weeks and couldn't find a solution yet

At times, certain errors are temporary, but if they are persistent errors, then, it sounds like design issue with your website. Best way to test is through Web Developer Toolbar (Press F12 on the keyboard) and emulate different devices (including responsive) through which you will see how Google is seeing "video too tall' or viewport issues

I uploaded my video to my WordPress host, and it is not on a separate host or server, but it still gives the message (Video is not the main content of the page).

This is due to Google algorithms determining that the video *is not main content* of the page. You will need to promonently display your video in above the fold area, ensure that the video meets Google guidelines as well. Here's insights for making the video indexable by Google: developers.google.com/search/docs/appearance/video Ideally, you can use URL Inspection Tool to see if there are any issues. You can also double check example.com/robots.txt file to ensure Google is not being blocked crawling of video URL
