Bro when i did this..and off the settings..i got a pop MSG which states that Transferring files over mobile data may incur additional charges, depending on your mobile data plan... should i off and use it?? Or will i have to pay extra any such things which uploading with mobile data

It depend on the file you are trying to upload if is like 5gb of video lets say, and you have only 4gb of data (internet) then maybe consider to pay more, or cancel the upload. But if the file is like 500mb i think you are good. i am not sure why this happen, i upload some videos to my google drive couple of weeks ago, and there was no problem, now it said "waiting on Wi-Fi" thats how i came across this video. I hope it helps.
