try sfc scan search for command prompt in the windows search bar and click on run as administrator type the command sfc space /scannow and hit enter to invoke the sfc scan next solution is to repair the BCD search for command prompt in the windows search bar and click on Run as administrator type this command Bootrec space /RebuildBCD then enter. Try also Cloud reset right click on the start button select settings on the menu go to the system tab on the list on the left side select recovery in the right pane click on reset PC select remove everything and then finally select the option for cloud reset.

Might your drive is corrupted try this to fix, Press the Windows key and type cmd.Right-click "Command Prompt" and choose "Run as administrator".Enter the following command and press Enter: chkdsk C: /f /r /x. Replace "C" with the drive letter of the partition you want to repair. but as I see your drive is C:\ then retry restore point, try also system updates, scan for possible malware

Total scam. Obviously the restore point would work. But that's assuming you have one in the first place. And you will lose all data that didn't already exist on your computer from that point. This is a scam for several reasons.One, how is he making the issue occur in the first place?
