30 year IT guy here, there is no way to fix this issue I've been at it for years, best thing you can do is create a new profile and move on with your life, then you can copy your data ie documents and pics out of the old one

I am stuck in the start of it after i turn it on but when I use my valid password it doesn't work and says welcome then your credantials could not be verified so I pressed ok and it said my pin isn't available so I pressed set up my pin and it said just a moment but then said the user profile service service failed the sign in, uswe profile cannot be loaded. After I press ok it took me to a dark screen and put me back. Please make another tut for this
