same, have been trying dozens of videos over and over, I think so there is some issue with lenovo laptop (82 TS, my device). It doesn't show the driver in the device manager even after I download and run it through the official lenovo website. Really disappointed by the software related issues of lenovo.

Maybe laptop doesn't have fingerprint sensor because in Lenovo laptops it is optional

I found other video comment that helped me: Browse face driver folder on your local disk C (C:\Windows\System32\WinBioPlugIns\FaceDriver) . If it is not showing then try this "Before clicking on windows, below that an option named windows.old option will be there, just click on that then click system 32 and so on and here you will find the face driver folder, simply copy that folder and paste it in the folder where you couldn't find and then right click the HelloFace (setup info file type) then click Install then it should prompt Operation successful then click OK then restart

Go to setting (though windows + I) search for optional features and click on add an optional feature, then type face recognition and if it isn't installed, then install it.
