I was able to get the code and enter WhatsApp, but to recover the backup with end-to-end encryption, I reinstalled WhatsApp! now when trying to get the code by mail; It says that I have already made many attempts to obtain the code by mail that I tried by SMS or call, but since I do not have access to the phone, I cannot. Idk but, i sent the evidence, time and date alr but what they answered were fix internet issue, check the sim card requirements stuff, no registration log of my whatsapp account and bot answered me. I am so confused af. Is the whatsapp support team pretending to dont understand or something? If it you where having the same problem as me if you had two phones and you want to get WhatsApp on the new phone make sure you have the old phone because that’s where the Code will enter👍

@@ram5798 my problem was, that in new samsung, you have to manually give allowance for each app that you allow them to acceess text messages, calls, photos. go to settings,app, chosse whats app ,adns manually add all permissions- test message, everything
