At not point was I prompted to enter or change to a different password and nowhere in the included instructions does it say anything about changing passwords

@@zoominformatica Actually I figured out the problem. I plugged it first time and it showed infinitely loading when I try to connect to it and after it connects, it shows "No connection, secured". All I did was unplugged it and plugged it in back again. Surprisingly worked out.

@@valentinhhh solved. I had to call my telecom supplier and explain my problem to them, they allowed me to show my wifi network on the wifi extender, so call your supplier and explain everything to them and in 5 minutes everything is done. the extender works perfectly.

It depends from password on your main router. Many repeaters not allow more than 15-20 char pn SSID or password

Internet was hit and miss though device was connected to the repeater with full bar signal. I've just change the SSID name with 7 letter only chars and now, it works like a charm. It's so insane how SSID name could cause a serious issue to the repeater...

Hii, thanks for the video tutorial. I have a different issue. I have successfully configured the repater router and it's working fine on full signal strength. However, if the signal bar drops to 4 (5 being the maximum), it shows no internet and cannot access the Internet. When I go a bit closer to the repater, it gains back 5 bars and it starts working. Why is that happening? 4 bars means the signal strength is pretty good normally, but why does it cut off the internet. Please help.
