To Put The Phone In download mode, plug in to a USB Cable that is connected to a computer or any other device with a usb port Power it off before connecting then when it is completely off hold down both volume buttons the insert the usb cable in the device while still holding both buttons....it will immediately take u to download mode Same process for the recovery mode but u just have to hold the volume up button
