How To FIX Xbox Series S Headphone Audio BUZZING | Full Tutorial

I found a SOLUTION YALL!! I had this issue across 4 different headphones/controllers. All you gotta do is go to xbox settings>network>advanced network>alternate mac address>clear mac address. The xbox will restart and I FINALLY no longer had static. Hope this helps someone!

If the controller is plugged in to charge it will make it buzz due to the electric current fyi. No way to solve it with a wired headset unfortunately, not that I'm aware of anyway

Mic monitoring ONLY effects your own voice being heard on your own headset. For example, you could turn it up to hear yourself better at night so you're not as loud. What temporarily fixes this issue for me is going to network>advanced network>alternate mac address>Clear. I have 4 headsets and 4 controllers with this issue on all 4 and that is the only solution that has worked so far.

Another solution: buy a PS5. Everything just works. No weird crap going on while downloading, no fuzzing headphones, controller that doesn’t shut off every 15 minutes….MS deserve to be in their current state.

the headset port inside the controller isn’t connected to the circuit/motherboard nor is it even soldered.. it has two little metal strips around it that makes connection while touching the circuit board. which only happens once the controller is re assembled and together tightly.. if all else fails and you open the controller try checking out what’s stated above

Please don’t take this personally my man, but this video is absolutely useless. Let me sum it up: „it may be your controller, it may be your mic, maybe buy a new mic, oh btw there are audio settings on xbox so try hitting random buttons and maybe something will work” lol

If this didn’t work for anyone, may I suggest a temporary fix. If you just lick the cord and then plug it in that makes it not buzz nearly as much

So if you are having the same issue as me they here’s how to fix it So for context I have a headset that can be Bluetooth wired or with a usb I tend to use wired with my Xbox and it was buzzing I kept trying to turn the jack around but check if the cord is pugged in ur headphone fully I told y forgot about it for like 15 minutes

@@just_brot6924i bought new controller. my old controller with my headphone were working perfectly. i tried with my new controller same thing but its still buzzing even if i mute the sound Then i tried with different headphone. now its working normal. But i can't use with my old headphone. you probably tried with different headphones but that worked for me.

Dam I bought new mic and it still sounds the same on my stream. I switched remote and same story. I didn't change different model of remote though. Idk this sucks lol

If you're steaming via a capture card connected to your PC, you would need to setup in Xbox settings to output audio to both headphones and HDMI, and on the PC, make sure the steaming software is using a mic on the PC itself

@@Saunderverse I'm streaming from my xbox series s. I have my headset connected to my xbox remote. I bought new earbuds with mic and still sounds the same. I switched remote (same model) sounds the same but other people in my stream don't get buzz noise. Idk if it's because im streaming on console, my remote model or the quality of my headset /: lol sucks..
