Sometimes even iso cleaning over dpad contacts and replacing with a new dpad dome sticker it will still react weirdly like double clicking. I wonder if it could be related to a contact with the analog stick (left)?

Hi! I love the video and I thought it was super helpful but I was curious, the down the dpad on my scuff Xbox controller is smashed in a little, and every time I use the controller it’s constantly going down, if I was to replace the dome dpad sticker would that possibly help with my situation?!

Unfortunately, it's probably a stick drift problem. Trying to fix the dpad will not help :/

Hi. My left on the dpad isn't registering? I've brought the new sticker and placed that. The pad clicks fine and once the dpad is in place that all clicks fine but still not registering left! Any ideas?

You would need to trace the contact with a multimeter.

i bought my series s 2month ago, just played streets of rage using the d-pad last night for only an hour and my up button only works if you press real hard. Wtf how weak is this latest version of Xbox controller. Unbelievable.
