I have this issue right now but the pain isn't on any particular side. If feels like it's right in the middle but I'm definitely shifted to the same side. The exercise helps and it straightens me up and I can lean back again and I have moments a couple times a day where I feel like it's getting better until im sitting or standing for more than 10 minutes or so then I have to stretch., but I have to straighten out several times a day and when I wake up in the morning, it's always bad. This has been going on for a couple weeks now.

Hello, I was in a hip shift for years and did some corrective things, which 'switched' the tilt to the other side. For a yearish after I was able to 'shift' the tilt to each side, which was fine for me simply because it allowed me to workout my body evenly. Prior to this I was only able to grow my muscles on my shifted side (right side originally). Come to now, which is about a year after when I thought I addressed the issue and I am now stuck im the opposite positiom and cant really stimulate my right side of bodies muscles, same issue as before...just reversed. I did this standing version 5 times so far with some shifting back to neutral but ultimately no change. My only symptoms are the shift in hips and no great pain. While such exercises provide some temporary relief, it doesn't fix the problem. I have spinal stenosis, scoliosis and several degenerated discs. Degenerated to the point that there is nothing there where my discs should be. So I can do this every day all day long but for me, it's a waste of time.

Unfortunately it is not a solution for everyone.

I think doctors should be paid on a scale of how many people they cure, absolutely not by how many patients they are medicating, they call it helping a patient. Do you know that doctors get kickbacks for perscribing certain medications , even more for the ones that are proven not to wor well or at all . If you're one of those people that goes to the doctor and every time you go or every other time you go, he adds another medication you're on your way out. Ok, you got to stop that you read up yourself, you have to read about this yourself and get yourself a new doctor pronto because he is not on your team. He's on the opposing team. get yourself a new doctor if you're one of those people. Because they We'll just keep doing it. That's what they studied in medical school is how to prescribe , read up on wet kind of illnesses you have and what kind of medications you're on. And you're gonna find it's very scary about what they can do. What kind of symptoms you can have and with the long-term effects? you're gonna be shocked.. Oh and also look up to see what they're made of , another shocker !
