I'm 26, fell up the stairs and ended up with a crooked back with excruciating low back pain. Couldn't walk for the first day and stand up straight but did this exercise against the wall almost every 1-3 hours plus the other tips you provided in other videos (the cobra pose gave so much relief + sleeping with lumbar support and raised leg) for 3 days. It's day 4 and I woke up with no pain and am walking/standing up straight. THANK YOU!!!!

Perfect timing I have a crooked back and sciatic pain and bulging disc, (diagnosed with a rupture and herniation after a car crashed into my driver’s side couldn’t sit up or walk for 6mos.) and the chiropractor was going to do something totally different like 100 sessions of crack in the back

@@777-h6d thank you for asking, as long as I do my leg stretches, back stretches, walk a 30-60 minute 3 times a week and use my inversion table when my toes want to curl up by themselves (like the wicked witch on the wizard of oz) 2-3 times a month for 15mins. and if I don’t sit upright in one spot for 5-6hrs straight. I have no pain. Glory be to God! I’m currently trying to lose 25lbs to just lighten the load too. Thank you 🙏🏽

hi guys, this helped me (with lateral shift/sciatica referred back up to my back) pre-microdiscectomy which was 18weeks ago... BUT now I'm getting what I'm convinced are SI issues after doing my rehab exercises (glute bridge march, banded clams, deadlift, hip Hitch)... SO - day after doing my rehab exercises (2nd time in 2 weeks) - I have lateral shift with excessive Hip/glute pain - NO Sciatica. This glide is too painful on the side I'm trying to stay off of. Have you seen this condition before i.e. crooked back with hip/glute pain (NO sciatica)?? Thanks So much for your vids!!!

Okay. So I do these exercises. My lower back sciatica has been a chronic problem since I was in the army for like 20 years now. But I’ll do that lean on the wall on the bad side at the time and it then just hurst and gets me locked and leaning the other direction when I stand. Until I switch sides and it then shifts and locks me leaning the other way again and still hurts.

Clarify.. how do I know where and if I am crooked : Sciatia and leg and herniated disk is on the left side. Which side of my body to press on the wall? I think you I would lean on the right side if Sciatia Is on the left side?

Hello everyone, before the back pain and bent, did anyone felt like something slipped in your lower back. Like for me I bent down and as soon as I bent back up, I felt something slipped, then the pain and getting crooked started, did this happen to anyone?
@michaelp8053Ай бұрын
Happened to me today. Bent over to pick up something and an instant "shock" occurred in my lower and mid back. Like someone literally plugged live wires into my lower back. 2 seconds later I felt pain spreading around my lower back. Now I'm stuck leaning towards my right. This is the fourth time in 2 years.

I just found out that I have a mild thoracic scoliosis, can that be fixed? I need some advice please.
@imamountainheadtoo3 жыл бұрын
Scoliosis can usually be fixed by wearing a back brace if you're still growing, however if you're finished growing docs can't/won't do much unless your curve is severe enough to warrant surgery. However, physical therapy, stretching, and exercising might help as well (source: I have scoliosis).
@barbarak28363 жыл бұрын
Jill is correct about medical intervention, but stretching and stretching exercises really help, and surgery might have to be redone after a number of years anyway. Although I am no longer great about doing them every day, the exercises a chiropractor gave me for my scoliosis help so much. I only went to a chiropractor for a few months, but the people in the office taught me a lot about how to take care of my scoliosis. It was well worth the money. I am sure You Tube has some good information specifically about scoliosis.

@@Wrobinhood I have exactly the same thing. I am crooked to the right and pain also in the right back/hip/leg. Doing this is really painful and makes it worse afterwards aswell. Have tried different things for 2 weeks now, but still in a lot of pain daily. Are you recovered now and could you tell me any tips what has helped you?
@Wrobinhood Жыл бұрын
@@THETHAOTY the crookedness went away on its own. However there is still some pain on my left side. Resting for a few days is the best option as per my experience. The body gets crooked to compensate for the pain. When you rest, the pain reduces and body becomes vertical again. All the best!
