It is called your Midface Ratio. If you draw your interpupilary distance (distance between each pupil) in a square from the eyes to the upper lip, it should optimally be 1:1. Meaning interpupilary distance is the same length between each other as the height of the eyes from the upper lips are. You have a horse face if it is less than 1:0.9

Not a flaw at all. If your middace ratio is 0.95 and above the philtrum length doesn't even matter unless it's crazy long
