How to fix your Pax Dei download/update when it stops at 95%!

My download was stopping at 99% and this is what made it work!
Fix 1. Turn off P2P in the settings.
Fix 2. Make sure to install the game and launcher on an SSD.

Nope. Same issue since the update to the launcher. Connectivity will kill this game.
