How to fix your recording screen size in OBS.

Please if I click on the app it will broke into 2 without me seeing settings to adjust it. I have uninstall it but and downloaded it again, but same problem. The place the wrote settings is not showing, the place they wrote scene is not showing. What is showing is only the mic layout. Do you have a solution for me ?
