Dear Irene, My parents were full time in their motorhome until Dad died in 2005. Mom's memories of their years together in the rig were a real part of her, and I think gave her much much comfort when he was gone. I, and I will presume to assume the Discovery Bound RV family, and their subscribers truly are inspired by your active presence. I hope you keep "commenting" here.

Hi Bernard. Thank you! We felt that everyone runs into the same problems on the road. If you don't have to call a repairman, then that is a great day! Travel Safe!

add on a couple stabilizers (ratchet straps work) to slow down the bounce of the rack. and buy a dot chain and large shank pad lock. (makes it hard for a crook to cut). there is a video of a crook on a bike undoing a bake on a cars rear rack. trying to steal it, the car driver never looked back. through many stops in traffic. video is from the rear facing dash cam. the bums in city's love to take any bike they can. yes even a toddlers bike.
