It worked, my KZbin app was playing the movie in the upper left corner of the screen at 1/6 the full size of my screen. I did had a bit off for several minutes and unplugged for several minutes as I looked for a manual button and couldn’t find one. But when I plugged it back in and entered the app everything played full screen. You have a subscriber for life with me. And a comment on every new video if only to say thank you.

My issue is that the KZbin app struggles to maintain or play smoothly 4k videos. This only started a few days ago and it's only on one tv, the Q80R that I've had for three years. The one year old Samsung tv has no problems. Videos will start playing then within a few seconds start buffering and it does this repeatedly. Or the video will default down to the next lowest quality setting. I tried the unplugging for 60 seconds and I thought that might have fixed it. But a few hours later it's right back to doing the same thing. Any ideas?

same problem here have 100mbit connection but only plays videos at 360p. Pc and other devices all work fine.

@@PolarAnt Samsung had to do a factory reset on the tv and after that 4k videos have been just fine. But I still have the problem on my PC with any browser.
