You are a life saver! In past.....option 3 has worked for me...but then I would have to wait for tv to "update the hub".....even this did not work this time....no update hub message! So your next option.....turn off tv....then hold the red button for a few seconds when restarting tv....worked like a charm! I guess it reset or updated the hub by doing that......will definitely try that first the next time. I am sooooo greatful to you for posting this video & demonstrating each step!

First tip solved the trick. We literally returned our Samsung TV and exchanged for another and STILL couldn’t access the Netflix app. Samsung customer service and sooo many other tech help desks. I feel so silly. All this time and that little trick could have helped us. First time ever getting the Netflix app to work on our brand new TV after so many other tech tricks. THANK YOU 🙌🏼

Go to settings show all settings scroll down to the update page click device care scroll down to device manager reset hub should work my netflix was broken for months

After a few days of no Netflix on my smart TV, I had switched to watching on my phone. I thought maybe I couldn't view on 2 devices. I logged out on my phone and still Netflix did not load on my Samsung TV. I just searched the problem and found this video. The first fix worked on the initial try. I turned the TV off; then back on. Voila! Netflix loaded and I am watching my series again.

Situation: Samsung smart TV. Click on the Netflix app logo to start it but it never pulls up. Its like it starts the app without actually bringing it up on the screen. No sound or anything though. I have to hit the Exit button a few times on my remote before it let me do anything again on the tv. The Fix for Me: Unplugged the tv and everything from the wall. Waited 30 seconds. Held down the power button that was on the back of the tv for like 45 seconds. Plugged the tv back up and Waited like 2 minutes to allow it some time to reconnect to the wifi and start the restart process. Turned on tv and cable box. Finished the restart process for cable. (I have Spectrum) Tv working, cable is working, and its connected to internet. I click on the Netflix App icon and everything worked. Clicked on my name to sign in to my Neflix and everything is Good and working like it should. 🙌 Hope this helps
