I had a problem. My pen drive is 128GB, but it was showing 32GB as you said before, I was using it to Recover/ reinstall the windows, and that cause the problem. After typing "select disk 7" then "clean" then "create partition primary" wait, why he spell "pertition and not partition" so I changed to pertition. It was accepted, but on the next step when I typed "format fs=ntfs quick" as you show on the screen, I had a message "No volume selected, select the volume. I typed Help format and I tried different words like " format volume 7, volume 7 format, k:\format and I could not make it work. I know DOS commands must be the way it should be, no mistakes, and that's why it wasn't working for me. So I had and idea. Then I opened Computer Management and then I created Simple Volume and then I could format my pen drive. Thank man or woman.
