@@pqlfn Yes, windows 10. Have you tried running the program as an Administrator? I just opened it and then plugged my camera in via USB.

The problem started when I decided to install Ubuntu os in my desktop after uninstalling WINDOWS so when I did this my Drive D showing errors when I changed back to WINDOWS OS I saw it was saying to formate the drive I tried every possible way to recover it but none worked and sadly I have to formate my drive 😢😢😢 I lost all my datas 😢.
