I was quite nervous to be flashing my OS for the first time, but being in Japan and the auto-updater saying that my [One UI v.1 on Android 9] was the most up to date software, I finally took the step forward and following your video, successfully updated mine to [One UI v.2.5 on Android 10]! I have Note 9 which I don't want to give up. It's a N960W CANADIAN version, and since it's a Snapdragon I can't unlock the bootloader. So the million dollar question is do I need to have a phone ROOTED if I want to flash stock firmware from AT&T (N960U) instead of Bell (N960W)?

My galaxy note 9 is already rooted when i bought it from UAE and it has a custom rom installed in it. The CSC is G965FOXM2ZRL3. Model SM-N960F/DS. The country code in phone info shows PHN (Netherlands). Now I am staying in India. How should I select which firmware to download ?
