All the versions of files for T820 show two CSC files, no CP, does this matter? One is CSC, the other Home CSC.

Yes you can do it but be aware that it may ask for the Google account that has been used before.

Hi you must update the same model name, just search in samfw last firmware for your device t295

after i have done all the steps unfortunitely the device is incrypted and it requires password if i reboot it will start like nothing happened and my tablet is useless now

That's bad :( is it posible to boot tablet in Downloading mode? btw flashing stock rom (original firmware) will not remove frp.
