Thanks man! I've been workn on this one on and off. I'm out for a couple of days again. Old feet hurt after hours of practicing the "lungspin"...I've pulled it off a few times but need to heal now(til monday). This will help for going into hitchhikers. I'm used to the old way of a reverse elbo glide into hitchhikers (kevin jones years). I'm on it! I'll keep you updated :) I ride all day everyday now. My 46 year old body aches are starting to get better and stronger. I only ache when starting a new trick to learn. Keep up the great vids!

Nice one homie! working hard by the sounds of it!! 💪🔥 Is the foot pain muscular? or is it just from using the same point of the foot to push against the peg? Cause if its the latter you could try getting different shoes :) Anyways recover fast and keep rolling bro! You're definitely putting in the time, your body will only get better, stronger and healthier with time. Amazing!! I bet you feel like you're 18 again since you started riding right? 👊 Thank you for your comment, keep up the great hustle! much love !

@@mikooooooooooooo yeah starting to roll in this position. Can't pop into them yet. Have been trying to to a forward steam roller and then swing the frame around into the Karl Kruiser position. Wow, you really have to lock your arms into position for this trick!

Thank you! I know it took me a while lol, there's more on the way! Do you mean the exact timing of a certain movement? For one specific trick or various? I think it was you also who suggested a how to on pumping, that is a technique which I am really figuring out lately so I will try write a how to for that soon. As far as where to look, I think with every rider and trick its a personal preference. For example with the time machine, some riders like to look straight ahead and enjoy the view, and some focus on the headtube to get less dizzy, it doesn't matter much I think because of muscle memory. I think as far as timing and such, it is something that your brain and body have to figure out and develop through repetition. Let me know if that makes sense 👊

But of course knowing when to do something can help in the learning process, so if you give me a list of tricks you think you need such explaining on, I'll get it done :) Thanks!

Hmm I actually haven't tried that trick yet! There are so many tricks haha, I will try it soon and get back to you 😁 will also film a how to when I learn it 🤜🤛it looks like it's all based on using your momentum to get into position though, and staying centered over the back axle to roll it

Mik, how long did it take you riding flatland before you were able to do this trick?
@mikooooooooooooo
@mikooooooooooooo 6 жыл бұрын
I'm not too sure, I think it was around the same time as I began learning hang 5's and steamrollers, probably around 3-9 months in? If you go back to my earliest edit I think I was riding flat for around a year at that point, there's some sketchy karl cruisers in there. What really motivated me was who I was riding with, Mizo is a magician with juggling, so I really wanted to learn hitchhikers lol. But realistically this is a trick that you can learn without knowing any other tricks, you'll figure it out if you just keep practicing! 👊

hey Mik, very curious what psi do you run ?
@mikooooooooooooo
@mikooooooooooooo 4 жыл бұрын
Heyo! I've been in the 110 PSI gang for a while now 👊 Some riders go up to 120, others ride at 80-100, if your spot is flat and smooth, more air is recommended. However if your riding spot has imperfections, less air can help you push through that
