Hello, yes, I always recommend the hair is washed/co-washed weekly to maintain it's integrity. But, as long as you do not let water into your tracks or under the lace as that can cause build up and a damp smell. AveoGames I was still getting use to doing a 360 and trying new techniques so took longer than usual but average time for me is between 2.5 hours and 3 hours after prepping the frontal... some people are quicker but my techniques are specific from the braid pattern to the finish hence the length of time x

Ese Abigail I have a lace frontal and I need ur advice I had more than one and I darken some so much that I can't use anymore so I got a new one and the knots are showing I don't want to bleach it because the colour is perfect but the knots are obvious any advice

Nissma Alhindi Hello beautiful! The best advise I can give you if you don't want to bleach the knots / change the colour of the lace is to: Firstly, customise the hairline by tweezing it to reduce its density, which will allow it to appear more natural. This will automatically remove some of the obvious knots and create some gaps in between which will give an illusion that the hair is growing out your scalp as the gaps will "melt" into your skin. Secondly, if you don't want to change the colour of the lace too, once you have styled your hair, get some of your face powder and dab it on the dots that are visible. This will again hide the obvious dark knots and make it appear more scalp like. Although you may have to do this pretty much every time you style your hair. Thirdly, if you don't want to use the power technique, once you have created a parting that you like and you know you would like that parting to be some sort permanent, tweeze the knots/hair off the line of parting and that will get rid of the black dots and and make it appear more natural. I hope this helps, good luck and keep me updated ✨
