Deals - make sure its a deal So, errrr. Finance - we can finance it ourselves or get someone else to finance it for us... Power team... get a builder, broker, accountant, agent....Profit.. Knowledge. Get lotsa knowledge but it doesn't have to be expert level.. and youre good to go bro Good timestamps to show system freeze - 03:28. If you buy a house in your name or a limited company it doesn’t change how long you can resell it for

@@jackdavidsmith thanks, I have another question, how you dealing with mortgage? (usually that's the first step, even if you sell it straight after ) you take a fix mortgage for a year or how? On my own house I have a fix rate for 3 years but if I want to change bank (re-mortgage deal) within these 3 years, I need to pay a penalty of almost 5k£... So, how you usually borrow the mortgage and after sell the house, do you pay a penalty as well?

@@sy7zx you can’t avoid paying that penalty because you entered an agreement, when you want to get a new mortgage you just speak to a bank or broker and they can help you

Hi, I have been looking into flipping properties previously. My issue is that in order to make any profit it would need to be significantly under market value, taking into account that would need to profit after paying buying fees, stamp duty selling fees etc. Do you have any suggestions?? Thanks!

@@jackdavidsmith I was refering to the individual buying your property. The lenders won't give them a mortgage to buy a house that the current owner has owned for less then six months. I am not sure if that is only if the current owner is a resident in the property

Kenroy Malcolm yeah man and a lot of people thing to be full time in property you need to live off rental income but I would argue it’s much easier to go full time faster by living off the profits of your flip projects
