very minimal leave out, you can either do wand curls first and then do like flexi rods to keep up with it afterwards or do like twist out/braid outs ! hope this helps

i just put the cap on then the tracks and it automatically going to stick 😭 the glue i use is called salon pro and it says “30 sec” on it
