I’m going to disagree with you. I never flip my wing when I’m on the board. Since I’m somewhat accomplished, the only time I need to flip my wing is after a wipeout. While I’m in the water, I pull the wing around to the wing tip. I grab the wing tip with one hand and lift the wing up with the other hand to let the wind blow underneath. The wind will flip the wing over with hardly any physical effort by me. While the wind is flipping the wing over, it’s important to pull the leash in and then grab the handle. Now I have control of the wing and I can climb up on the board and use the wing to help stabilize me in the chop.

Thats the way I use and it is much more easy, just go to a tip and the wing flip itself.

Same, I’ve never had a problem flipping the wing while I’m in the water.
