EXCELLENT!!!! Thank you so much this is the FIRST video that took the time to show each and every step without assuming I knew to do something. I am new to embroidery and needed this. God bless you for sharing your time and talent!!!

Interesting. I never did one on a larger hoop. I wish you showed how you clip it. Sound was fine here.

Great vid. Volume was really low but I got the gist. Also another tip that I use is to take clothes pins to pin up the excess fabric to keep it from jarring in the way as the machine is stitching.

wash away make a huge difference on any knit. you can absolutely tell who uses it and who doesn't.I love my large hoop! I do think it's tricky to use on smaller shirts.

Have you tried using sew tites? I use them all the time and love them! They're also great at keeping the surplus of fabric off the hoop while embroidering

Great video. Thank you. Bend the needles a tiny bit with a curve and they will be much easier to push through. :)

Esther Conrad Grant Ha! Yes! Sometimes the bend accidentally and it does make it easier to push them through!

Hi, my name is John, and I am in the UK can you please tell the name of the work surface you are using, I have been searching for one but cannot find one. Many thanks John.

Hi, John - it’s called a self healing mat. I like it because you can use cutting tools on it and it doesn’t mark! In the US you can get them in crafts or fabric stores.

I was thinking of investing in an embroidery machine. About how much does it cost for the supplies per pattern?

I notice you dont use any stabilizer on your shirt. Do you find this works ok I have watched and read so much information regarding embroidering on a t shirt and have become so confused as to which way is best. I am only new to embroidery.
@geniveposh40035 жыл бұрын
She hopped cut away stabilizer then said she doesnt add water salable stabilizers on top because for her it makes no difference...... you would have to test out if your machine if you can go without adding a top stabilizer... for me I dont use top water salable stabilizers and things have worked great, I have also used 2 layers of no show mesh instead of hooping cut away stabilizer..

use a basting rectangle around your design and pin the shirt out of the way from the needle. make sure your pins are out of the way of the basting rectangle, even if you have to remove them as you reach them. i do multiple shirts all the time. i use the time of embroidery for one to set up for the next one. so i really don't have time to watch each embroidery all the way through.

You need a embroidery machine raise stand

have you tried going to the dollar store and buying some picture frames about the same size as the hoops and using those to help spread the shirt apart to prevent it from bunching while you embroider?

You can also use clips to keep the T-shirt around the embroidery area out-of-the-way Watch this video how to do it kzbin.info/www/bejne/jJDJhqawlNZqmpY

Sorry you're having technical difficulties. It's loud and clear on my end. Maybe your PC settings?

Maybe you have other noise in the background. I’m hearing it perfectly here and it’s quiet
