This was very informative! As a vet tech, I love this, but if I had a hole punched through my skull I don’t think I’d want anybody on my back the next day. Yes, you can go back to riding the next day, but it’s not necessary. Give the horse a break, at least a week to recuperate!

I bet that horse is feeling so much better after relieving that pressure! I have had sinus infections to the point I had to have surgery and the relief was immediately noticed. You explain everything so clearly even me who knows nothing about anything medical for animals or humans made it easy to understand! Thank you for helping all the animals you do!

Fascinating. I had no idea how complex a horse’s head anatomy is. I often wonder how horses deal with ailments if they are running free - their feet, etc. Thanks for this video.

Doc you are one very clever & compassionate man. I can't get over how relaxed the horse is (I've noticed this in your other videos), whereas I've seen the exact opposite in videos on other channels. I wish my Dr took as much care of me as you do with your horses.

😳 amazing video! 1 question I’ve had for years & can’t find an answer (it’s about human skulls, but feel they may be similar ) are there any holes in the skull leading to the sinus ? In the skulls in the beginning & end of video it looks like it has holes . (Example a small hole above eyebrows, that leads to sinus ) that’s why your face swells when You have an sinus infection or a cold & it hurts … but after u used the hammer I figured there weren’t any, I’m sure u would have used the access already there … thx much
