How To Fly Jets In Project Reality - CAS Tutorial

This video has been promised for a really long time, and i never got around to doing it because i feel like for somebody to make a tutorial they would either have to be the best or extremely good and i didn’t feel like i was either of those things. But it’s been years and nobody has ever gave a complete guide about this topic, so i guess i’ll be the one to lay everything out. Again i’m not one of the best, i just so happen to know what i’m doing. And if there’s any pros/regulars out there that want to correct any mistake i make in this video, feel free to do so in the comments.

An extra knowledge for TV mode that u only need to click once to drop it to the location that u want, if u want to change the direction of the bomb while it is in the air click again to change its direction. (U don't need to keep on pointing at enemy vehicle to guide the bomb)(also applied to cas heli TV missile) - thus allowing u to drop and go and not needing line of sight of the target when guiding urself (can be applied to scenario like destroying solo AAV or stationary AA) And a common sense to go with it is that u can't drop and guide bomb against logic, like trying to drop the bomb when ur plane have already flew past the target (how did I know u wonder? I did that once and accidentally bombed friendlies instead)

i still dont get how to find the enemy planes in the vastness of the airspace. i once flew pretty high and on the edge and was always instantly found. but how?

depends, if it's fired at close range it's gonna miss most of the time. but at longer ranges you're gonna die

Just a quick question, do you have costume controls for CAS like looking to check camera angles. Right now i only use the “f” key to cycle to different camera angles. Do you just use the number key to switch to the different camera view?

Yes i do If you go to the aircraft settings you will see Weapon 8,9,and 10. Weapon 9 or Number 9 on your keyboard is the top view. I have that set to one of my extra mouse buttons. You can also Right click while using the camera angles to get an additional angle that's wider.

18:14 i still don't know how to use the TV/LG... i heard from some guys it need to pressing left klick on the target and it worked but i shot another one while im pressing :) if just one press it will move like a AA missile and goes down

Use the TEST AIRFIELD PLEASE! Also when u get ask how good at flying Never asnswer "Im PRO" BTW Only can use the vehicles in CAS sq also do not cry when u not get a vehicle and never start crying like: i joined 2 i take a jet or heli NO BODY CARES when you joined in the sq! The sql lead the sq not you! Also jets: 60% pure luck; 20% dogfight 10% got shoot down by an aa/aav and a nother 10% -is to crash (ngl sometimes the turn is goes bad :D) NOICE vid MR.mealz!

Those that say “I joined 2 I take a jet” sometimes are right. Hear me out I’m by no means a new pr players but too many times I’ve seen cas squad leaders not informing their squads memebers who’s taking a jet. So you see players wait 20 Minutes only to realize they are not taking a jet. Also you get players that join squad just before assets spawns and take an asset cause the squad leader didn’t noticed who joined first. Just a reminder to be decent enough to ask those that join first if they are going to take the tank,jet etc (if the SL doesn’t care who’s taking the assets)

Nothing said about how to organize cas squad to obtain intel for jets Sometimes its not a necessary part indeed, you just camp main and bomb tanks who left the base perimeter. Legit tactic young cas students, use it!

Of course you should always ask for intel from squad leaders about fobs, assets and known AA positions. Really camping main is based off if u have a UAV or if u just get lucky. For me (as seen in some of my videos) it’s 50/50 I’ve really adapted to predicting when enemy vehicles are going to deploy due to them all having the exact same respawn time.

This game is dead. Why? Only 1 server runs called HOG, and HOG has killed 90% of player base in the past couple of years, worst server managament, most toxic and idiot admins, they never ban griefers and troll and they always ban new and veteran players for no reason whos just trying to have fun here with friends, people are not coming back to play until they dont shut HOG down, simple. Dont play this game because of HOG, huge waste of time.
