Oh my, I can't believe it was that simple. I just threw the playpen in the bag and the handle part on top. I would of never thought to fold the pad around the playpen. TY so much. (I got this used for my two grandbabies)

I know it too late to answer your question but I hope it helps someone else with this. I just figured out the the rest of the attachments and bassinet go into the extra duffle bag separating by undoing some of the click and snap parts that puts it together so it can’t fit in the duffle bag. The play-yard goes like how the video shows separately. The play-yard wont don’t into the duffle bag with all the attachments.

One comment in addition. Every time I relearn the darn thing I get half of one or two sides that don't fold all the way. I start to curse the tiing again and I remember - oh yeah, each side folds so just push the thing again and it will fold in. You'd think after all these videos Graco would find a better way to fold it. 😅
