Thank you! The handle had fallen off of mine and the ironing board was stuck in the open position. Seeing in your video how the darn thing works and using an Allen key to move the plate, I was able to partially close the ironing board and THEN reattach the handle properly.

Hi Mic Ty - thanks to your video, I think I can now fix my ironing board - my board does not stay in the up position - I see I need a spring inside the mechanism - I"m going down into the basement right now to give it a try - thanks very much
