After we get everything folded into place we are running into an issue where when we try to lift up from the “handle” the seat it’s not “locked” so we can’t lift by the handle without the seat coming back up. Any ideas what we are doing wrong?

Im pretty sure you can fold this with the seat facing you too. Just not a standing fold

You can fold it facing you, you are correct. It can stand both ways as well. One thing to note, when folding with the seat facing you, you will need to move the fabric from in front of the stroller folding lock if you wanted it to lock.

Help. I folded my seat and took it off the frame as you said. Now it won’t open again. Any ideas??

Try putting it back on the chassis and then unfolding it. If the connection hubs have twisted the wrong way, hold in on the reclining flap to release them and twist them right again. :)

Yeah, a lot of strollers can feel that way right out of the box, try spraying in the joints and mechanisms with silicon spray or wd40 :)
